1 cup shortening/butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c flour
2 t. Cream of tartar
1 t. Soda
1/4 t salt
3 T. Sugar
3 T. Cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400
Mix shortening/butter with sugar and eggs
Sift flour and cream of tartar, soda and salt
Blend into sugar and egg mixture
Form 1 inch balls and roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon
Place 2 inches apart on parchment paper cookie sheet
Bake 8 to 10 minutes
