1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. sausage
1 onion finely chopped
3/4 uncooked white rice
1 Cup Water
1 t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper
1 Large Head Cabbage
1 32 oz. Sauerkraut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef, sausage, onion, rice, water, salt and pepper. Bring large pot of water to boil. Separate leaves of cabbage when boiled. Put rice mixture in each leaf and roll up. Place in large pot with a layer of sauerkraut on bottom and between layers and on top. Cover with water and slowly cook for several hours.
