Crust:
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecan
1/3 stick butter, melted

Potato Mixture:
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º. Coat a medium size casserole dish with nonstick spray. Combine potatoes, sugar, salt, vanilla, eggs and butter in a large mixing bowl in the order listed. Beat thoroughly with a hand mixer to increase the fluffiness of the mixture. Pour mixture into butter dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. (At this point, dish can be covered and refrigerated) Sprinkle the surface of the mixture evenly with the crust mixture and return to over for 10 minutes. All to set at least 30 minutes before serving.
