6 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
11/4 c. flour
1/2c. cocoa powder
11/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch salt
1 tsp. espresso powder
1/2 c. choc. chips, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars until combined and fluffy. Add eggs, one at at time. Add vanilla.
Combine 5 dry ingredients in small bowl. Mix well with whisk and add to egg mixture slowly, mixing until completely combined. Stir in chopped choc. chips. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hrs. or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350º. Roll 11/4 tbsp. dough into balls with hands. Roll each ball in powder sugar. Bake on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely on cookie sheet. Store in tightly covered container.
