2 1/2 to 2 Pounds of Beef Cubes
Flour seasoned with salt and pepper
Vegetables ( 6 peeled Carrots, 6 cubed Potatoes, 3 stalks of cleaned celery,, diced, 3 medium cubed Onions)
Ensure all vegetables are of a similar size.
Season All seasoning
Large Can of tomato juice or V8 juice

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge the meat cubes in the seasoned flour

Add the diced potatoes, carrots, celery and onion to your roaster with the meat

Pour over the juice.

Place the covered roaster in a 350 degree oven for 2 hours.

Check the stew every 30 minutes and stir it to mix all the ingredients and to distribute the flour for the sauce.
