2 ½ cup sugar
4 large bananas, mashed
3 beaten eggs
18 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
18 ounce jar maraschino cherries, drained
¾ cup oil
2 ½ cups flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, mashed bananas and eggs. Then stir in the rest of ingredients. Pour mixture into greased and floured bread pans and bake at 350° until done.
