4 Cups Water-Cold
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Teaspoons Sugar

Chicken
1 Pound Chicken Wings

Chicken Seasoning
1Teaspoons Poultry Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning©
Couple Drops Tabasco Sauce©
Couple Drops Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Blend ©
1/2 Teaspoon Liquid Smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Place salt and sugar into bag over chicken. Let it soak for one hour in refrigerator. Remove liquid from bag and put into bowl.

Turn Ninja Grill to cook on Grill about 30 minutes.

Place other seasonings over chicken. Place chicken wings on cooktop and spray with cooking spray on top. Place in bowl and blend together well. When ready place well shaken chicken on grill. Let cook for 15 minutes on side one and 15 minutes on other side. Continue to cook until done. (About 30 minutes) Take off grill and eat.
