1 cup buttermilk
1 cup cornmeal
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
⅛ teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix buttermilk and approximately 1 cup cornmeal with 3 tablespoons flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir together and drop in hot skillet of oil by tablespoon fry until golden brown. Turning once.
