1 ½ cups sugar
½cup margarine
½ cup Crisco
2 eggs
2¾ cups flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
form into balls rolling sugar and cinnamon bake at 350° till slightly brown.

Directions:
With mixer cream margarine, crisco, eggs, and sugar. In a bowl combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients little at a time into the creamed mixture. When well incorporated, use a teaspoon and form into a ball and then roll it in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° till slightly brown.
