4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup long grain rice
1 pkg onion soup mix (dry mix)
1 10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery or chicken)
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking oil.

Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in baking dish. Pour uncooked rice in dish around chicken. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken and rice. Combine soup and water and pour over chicken and rice.

Cover with foil tightly, and bake for 1 1/4 hours or until rice is tender.

NO PEEKING! Do not uncover until 1 1/4 hours has passed.
