1 chicken, cooked, deboned and shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. carton of sour cream
2 T. poppy seeds
1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Mix together the chicken, soup and sour cream. Pour into a 9"x13" baking dish.
Melt butter and mix with Ritz crackers, and put this over the top of the chicken mixture. Sprinkle with the poppy seeds. Bake at 350 until it bubbles; about 30 minutes.
