For a sweeter taste, add to yellows:

1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp mustard
1 1/2 tsp vinegar

For a tangy taste, add to yellows:

1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp mustard
3-4 tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 12 eggs in a pan of cold water with 3+ tablespoons of vinegar added (for easier peeling) about 13-15 minutes from when they start to boil. When done, put eggs into an ice bath for around 20-25 minutes to cool. Peel eggs and split in half, putting the yellows in a separate bowl and mash well with a fork.
