I lb. Owens' Hot sausage
1 heaping cup (more like 1 1/2 c.) grated Velvetta cheese
2 c. Bisquick (add 1/2 c. at a time)
1/2 c. water (add 1/4 c. at a time)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients together a little at a time, mixing thoroughly with each addition. Make into balls, from rounded teaspoons. Bake at 375º 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
