Personal Notes:
This recipe comes from Grandma Heilman's longtime friend, Josie Wingard. Josie used to make it at Christmas time and we always enjoyed it. It is a moist cake that can be served as a standalone dessert or can be accompanied with a whipped cream or ice cream garnish.
