1 package (8 oz) semi sweet baking chocolate broken in to pieces
4 oz cream cheese softened
1 tub (8oz) non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in glass dish in microwave on 50% power for one minute, stir and microwave for another minute on 50% power or until completely melted.
Add cream cheese to chocolate combine using a whisk.
Transfer into a foil lined 9" cake pan, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour
Use a small melon baller or 1 tsp cookie scoop to remove small amounts of mixture.
Use hands to shape into 1 inch balls, roll in favorite coating
Store in refrigerator.

Suggested coatings:
Powdered sugar, colored sprinkles, finely chopped pecans, chocolate shavings, cocoa powder
