2 cups oatmeal (I make the oatmeal into oatmeal flour with my cuisinart
3 ripe bananas (mashed)
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tablespoon brown sugar spenda
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Add whatever fruit you want. I always add blueberries and sometimes a few chocolate chips)
You can also shred apples and mix in with cinnamon for a different taste.
Divide the batter into 12 muffins in your muffin tin or less if you want bigger muiffins. I use the muffin paper cups in the muffin tin.
