4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup Crisco
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together in a bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, salt. Add - Crisco - mix until the dough gets like peas.
Beat 2 eggs + 1 yolk and vanilla. Mix together and make sure dough is firm. Mix egg white with a little bit of water.
Roll the dough into 2" logs. Then roll in beaten egg white and sesame seeds. Bake at 375º until light golden brown.
