Ingredients:  
In a saucepan, boil the following ingredients for 2-3 minutes (reserve of the caramel sauce to add to the top after baking in the morning)
2 cups packed brown sugar
cup butter, cubed
cup corn syrup (light or dark)

Combine the following in a medium bowl:
3 large apples, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
Cut 1pound loaf of cinnamon bread into chunks

Combine:
10 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Grease 9x13 inch pan
Layer of the bread mixture, then the apple mixture, of the caramel sauce, cup chopped pecans, then top with remaining bread mixture. Pour egg mixture over bread, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake 350 for 50-55 minutes
Add remaining caramel sauce and let sit for 10 minutes
