1 roll chocolate chip cookie dough
1-8-ounce regular cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 package instant chocolate pudding (go ahead and use the large package so you have extra to lick the beaters and bowl)
1 pint whipping cream
¾ cup chopped nuts
¾ cup grated dark, or milk chocolate
Cool whip or Redi whip

Directions:
Spread cookie dough on lightly sprayed cookie sheet, let sit until cool to the touch
Mix cream cheese and sugar together. Spread over cooled cookie crust
Mix pudding and whipping cream until fluffy. Spread over cream cheese
Garnish with cool whip or Redi whip, nuts and grated chocolate
Store leftovers in covered dish in refrigerator for up to 4 days
