1 bag Pepperidge Farm or similar unseasoned bread cubes
1 package Jimmy Dean or similar breakfast sausage roll (or turkey sausage)
2 Tsp. Bell’s spice blend
½ cup diced white onion
½ cup chopped celery
2 Tsp. chopped parsley
1 carton chicken stock
½ stick butter, melted
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread cubes, sausage, onion, celery, parsley and half the melted butter in a large bowl. Add about half a cup of chicken stock and combine with your hands. Add broth and continue to mix with your hands until bread cubes are still firm but the rest of the mixture makes a paste, adding salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a baking dish and pack down. Top with the rest of the melted butter. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes until top is brown and crispy.
