1/2 gal vinegar
1/2 qt tomato juice
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup poultry seasoning
1/2 bottle Texas Pete hot sauce
1 qt peanut oil
1/4 lb salt
1/2 oz onion powder
1/2 oz garlic powder
Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Directions:

Mix above ingredients and heat thoroughly.

This sauce is great for chicken and grilled hamburgers.
