1 lb. ground turkey
4 green onions, sliced
3 cloves garlic chopped
Fresh oregano chopped or 1 tbsp. dried oregano
Pepper and salt
Form into meatballs and saute till done in skillet. Set aside. .Then saute 3 cups sweet potatoes or yams
3 cups chopped cabbage and can add 3 cups chopped kale. Combine and dinner in one skillet.
