3 eggs
3 T milk
2 c sugar
¼ c flour
⅜ t nutmeg
4 c rhubarb, cut up
Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Slightly beat eggs. Add milk. Mix in sugar, flour and nutmeg. Mix in cut up rhubarb. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Dot with butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes then lower heat to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour.
