Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 or 3 lbs spare ribs
Sauce:
2 c onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T fat
½ c vinegar
½ c water
½ c chili sauce
2 T lemon juice
2 T Worcestershire sauce
3 T brown sugar
1½ t salt
1 t dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Bake ribs in a very hot oven for 30 minutes. Meanwhile cook onions and garlic until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour sauce over ribs and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until done.
