1 can (6 - 7 oz) crab meat, drained
4 eggs, hardboiled, peeled and chopped
⅓ c dry bread crumbs
3 T sour cream
2 T onion, finely chopped
1 t prepared horseradish
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 c crushed cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cornflakes in a bowl and blend well. Form into 24 balls and roll each in crushed cornflakes. Place balls on paper towel on a non-metal plate. Microwave for 3 minutes on full power. Serve hot.
