Russet Potatoes
Kosher Salt
Butter
Milk
Onion Salt
Sour Cream
Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes & cube, rinse good, put in boiling water with kosher salt, boil until tender when you inset a fork.
Drain potatoes put back into pan, smash with Potato masher, Add sour cream, butter, salt & pepper, onion salt and mil. Mix well with mixer.
