Cream together:
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup margarine
2 eggs

Add:
4 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar, powdered sugar, oil, margarine, and eggs. Then add flour, cream of tartar, soda, and vanilla and drop and bake at 375 degree.
