2 T oil
2 lbs beef round steak
1/2 c flour
3-4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 carrots, sliced
2 onions, sliced
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet then coat steak with flour and brown in oil. Remove steak from skillet and drain. Place potatoes, carrots and onions in bottom of crockpot. Place steak on top of the veggies and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour tomatoes and tomato sauce on top. Cover and cook on low 10 hours or high for 6 hours.
