2 C Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 Eggs
2-4 Ripe Bananas
1/4 C Milk
1/2 C Butter
Directions:

Melt Butter
Whip banana
Mix all ingredients, pour into bread pan or muffin tins

Bake 50 minutes for bread
Bake 15 munites for muffins
