Ingredients:  
1 pound cake Cut into small squares or rectangles. 2x2 or 2x3

Frosting:

1 cup butter
2 to 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Crushed salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar until soft and smooth, Add vanilla.


Frost each pound cake square with the icing, then roll in the crushed peanuts!

You can make your own vanilla pound cake (crunch cake???) YUM! or buy one. Very Irish, easy dessert.
