Pie crust
1 cup cornflakes (crushed)
1/3 cup butter

Filling
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
½ cup Real Lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 can chilled cherry pie filling

Directions:

Pie Crust
Mix together crushed cornflakes and softened butter – Press into a pie plate to form the crust

Pie filling
Beat cream cheese until softened – add Eagle Brand milk then stir in lemon juice and vanilla – pour cream cheese mix into cornflakes lined pie plate and let set for a while - spread chilled cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese mixture and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours (do not freeze)
