1 lb. ground beef

1 can whole kernel corn, drained

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can Rotel Tomatoes

1 1/2 cups instant rice, not cooked

1 cup water

2 cups shredded cheese

1 package taco seasoning

Directions:

Brown ground beef with taco seasoning

Mix rice, corn, beans, tomatoes, and water in skillet. Cover and let simmer 10 minutes on low.

Cover with cheese and let stand 5 minutes.
