Ingredients:  
Boil one chicken with 3 ribs of chopped celery and chopped onion. Salt and pepper. Debone for soup. Place the deboned chicken and strained broth in a large kettle and heat to boiling.

Dumplings
2 eggs
About 3 cups milk
1 tsp. baking powder
Salt
Add flour - enough to thicken
Drop by tsp. into boiling broth. Simmer 8 - 10 minutes.

It is very good with boiled slices of carrots.
