Large Tube sugar cookie dough

1 C Peanut Butter
1/2 C brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz container plain cream cheese

3 granny smith apples
Apple or lime juice*
Carmel topping
Cinnamon
Crushed nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Flatten cookie dough on pan and bake as directions on package, careful not to over bake.
Mix peanut butter, brown sugar, vanilla, cream cheese.
Spread mixture over cooled crust
Cut Granny Smith apples into thin slices, dip into apple or lime juice, spread over mix.
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Drizzle caramel topping on top
add chopped nuts if desired

*dip in juice to avoid browning.
