One or two hole male eggplant
garlic olive oil
Salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut eggplant in half score eggplant into 1 inch cubes not piercing skin
Rub generous amount of garlic olive oil onto scored surface of eggplant. Sprinkled with salt and Cayenne. Bake in oven or Grill about 30 minutes skin side down. Finish by Browning top.
