4 chicken breasts
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Cut in cubes. Mix with milk and eggs and refrigerate 30 minutes.

3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup breadcrumbs or panko
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp chili pepper
Mix well
Dredge the chicken in the coating on all sides.
Fry at 325 degrees in oil. Cook until 165 degrees in middle and crust is golden.
