1 pound salt cod, soaked overnight in cold water
6 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 medium onion,chopped
2 garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup coarse bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cod,,add 1 liter fresh water, bring to boil
simmer 5-7 minutes until it flakes
Drain and add to mashed potatoes
Add onion,garlic butter,milk,nutmeg and pepper
Blend and taste to see if it needs salt
Heap into casserole dish and top with bread crumbs
