1 pound asparagus trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 medium red pepper cut into 1" strips
1 small onion thinly sliced and separated into rings
1/4 pound salami cut into thin strips
1/2 cup feta cheese

Dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
1/8-1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar or 1/4 cup white & 1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Directions:
Directions:
Place asparagus in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and plunge in cold water to cool immediately. Drain and pat dry.
Combine asparagus, pepper, onion, salami and feta cheese in a bowl.
In a small jar combine dressing ingredients. Shake until well combined. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Serve with a slotted spoon.
