2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pinches salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup flour
2 cups chopped apples or pears
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat the eggs, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla salt and baking powder. Mix in flour. Fold in fruit and nuts.

Pour into greased pie plate and bake 35 minutes or until done.

Cool. Top with whipped cream.
