cup sugar
⅓ cup flour
tsp. Salt
2 cups milk
3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup angel flake coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, salt and milk. Heat to boil until it thickens. Add yolks and heat more. Then add butter, vanilla and coconut. Can be made in microwave but stir often. Top with meringue (3 egg whites, cup cream of tartar, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 tablespoons sugar).
