4 large tomatos, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped green onion (green part too)
3 T chopped fresh cilantro
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 T fresh lime juice
3 jalapeno chilis, chopped fine and seeded
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients, let sit 15 minutes and then taste to adjust salt and pepper.

For a more liquid salsa, increase the amount of lime juice and/or add a little vegetable oil.

Serve with tortilla chips
