2 pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 lg. bananas, sliced
2 c. 7 UP or Sprite

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 small Cool Whip

Mix jello in water until dissolved. Stir in 7UP. chill until partially set. Add drained pineapple, marshmallows and bananas. When completely test, add topping.

Cook sugar, flour, egg, and juice until thick. Cool and fold in cool whip.

Note: use juice from jello pineapple for topping. (Not sure what this means, this is how Granny wrote it in my recipe book she gave me.)
