2 pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 lg. bananas, sliced
2 c. 7 UP or Sprite

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 small Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello in water until dissolved. Stir in 7UP. chill until partially set. Add drained pineapple, marshmallows and bananas. When completely test, add topping.

Topping:
Cook sugar, flour, egg, and juice until thick. Cool and fold in cool whip.

Note: use juice from jello pineapple for topping. (Not sure what this means, this is how Granny wrote it in my recipe book she gave me.)
