¾ cup - sugar
½ tsp. - salt
1 tsp. - cinnamon
½ tsp. - ground ginger
¼ tsp. - ground cloves
2 large - eggs, slightly beaten
1 15oz can - Pumpkin
1 12oz can - evaporated milk
1 - 9" unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425º F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Stir in eggs, pumpkin, and evaporated milk.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 425º F for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º F and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool for 2 hours.
