2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
2 TBSP margarine
2 TBSP vinegar
2 TBSP brown sugar
4 TBSP lemon juice
1 c ketchup
3 TBSP worchestire sauce
c mustard (dk or yellow)
c water
c parsley
salt to taste

Cook all ingredients except meat for 15 minutes. Then add meat and cook for 15 more minutes. Taste and add more sugar or salt if needed.
