2 1/2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
1 package au jous mix
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch mix
1/2 stick butter, sliced
5 to 9 peperoncini's (to your liking)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chuck roast in the crock pot. Sprinkle au jous and ranch packages over it. Top with butter slices and pereroncini's.

Cook on low for 10 hours or until done.
