Nut Layer:
cup - butter
1 cup - flour
1 cup - nuts

Cream Cheese Layer:
8 oz. - cream cheese
1 cup - powdered sugar
1 tbsp. - milk
1 16oz container - Cool Whip

Pudding Layers:
1 3.9oz pkg. - instant chocolate pudding
1 3.9oz pkg. - instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix butter, flour, and nuts. Press into the bottom of a 13"x9" baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes and then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk, and sugar until smooth. Add in half of the Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.
- Prepare chocolate pudding. Spread on top of cream cheese layer.
- Prepare vanilla pudding. Spread on top of chocolate pudding.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
