2 cans black eye peas, drained & rinsed
1 can shoepeg corn, drained (or regular corn if you can't find shoepeg)
1-2 cans Rotel (I use 1 can)
1 bunch green onion, diced
½ bell pepper, diced
Cilantro to taste (most of 1 bunch)
garlic powder to taste (about 1/2 tsp.)
Italian dressing to consistency (about 2/3 of 16 oz. bottle)

Mix all ingredients together.


MAKE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO LET FLAVORS BLEND!!!!!
