1 lb. bacon, diced
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery (w/ tops)
4 T. flour
8 c. milk
2 cans cream style corn
3 c. diced cooked potatoes
2 diced and cooked carrots
salt and pepper to taste
parsley
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, fry bacon till crisp, remove and drain, leaving 4T in pan. Add onion and celery to drippings; cook until tender.
Remove from heat, blend in flour. Cook over low heat until mixture is bubbly, stirring.
Remove from heat, stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stir constantly 1 minute. Stir in corn, potatoes and salt and pepper, heat through. Stir in bacon.
Sprinkle each serving with parsley and paprika.

Makes 12 (1 cup) servings.
