2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter, at room temperature
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 large eggs
1 c. sour cream
blue berry filling and topping

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour baking powder and soda, In a large bowl, beat together butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon rind using an electric mixer at medium speed. beat in eggs, one at at time then sour cream. At low speed gradually beat in flour mixture until blended.
turn about 1/3 of the batter into a greased and floured 9 in ch tube pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the blueberry filing Repeat layers.
Sprinkle with topping. Bake on a rack in a preheated oven about 50 min, or until a cake tester comes out free of batter. Loosen edges around tube and turn out onto tack; cook completely.
Blue berry fillings: Stir together 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 c. blueberries and 1/2 c chopped walnuts
Topping; Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
