Mam's Red White and Blue Salad Recipe

3 small boxes of raspberry jello concentrates (or 1 large and 1 small)
5 c. hot water
1 plain Knox gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2c. chopped pecan
1 c. milk or cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 can blueberries with juice

Dissolve 2 boxes of jello (Or large box) into hot water. Let stand or refrigerate until firm.
Mix plain gelatin in 1/2 c. gold water.
Heat milk/sugar-don't boil Mix in gelatin mixture. Add vanilla, cream cheese, nuts. Mix until blended with electric mixer.
Smooth onto bottom chilled jello mixture. Set until firm.
Dissolve 1 small box jello in 1 c. hot water. Stir in blueberries and juice. Pour often mixture. Chill until firm.
